CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Deposit Policy A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure every appointment at House of Beauty. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and appointment changes. Please note that all $50 booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of when the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled. * Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. * Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. * No-call/no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments. * If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and your $50 deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Booking Deposit The $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and is applied toward your scheduled service. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another appointment, transferred to another person, or used as credit for future services. By booking an appointment and submitting your $50 deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to House of Beauty's Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Deposit Policy.
